Our recruiter then begins the search process to locate the right candidate for your needs. We maintain a national network of safety professionals and begin our search with those candidates before actively pursuing new hires.
Once a candidate pool is compiled, SafetyPro Staffing will review the candidates and hand select recommended professionals for your organization. You will then receive a list of proposed candidates along with their resume, background, negotiated rate, per diem, mobilization/demobilization rates, and any other relevant information.
If additional interviews and assessments are needed, SafetyPro Staffing will coordinate those activities on your behalf.
Once you determine if any of the candidate(s) is the right fit, our team will take on the onboarding process and communicate with your team on next steps.
